Today, Manchester Mayor Joyce Craig announced her campaign has raised over $161,000 for this election cycle, with $140,000 of that coming in the first quarter of 2019. The campaign reported over $126,000 remaining cash on hand. These fundraising numbers are records for a Manchester Mayor at the end of the first quarter in an election year.
“I’m so grateful for the grassroots support our campaign has received. Our contributions come from those who see the progress we have made over the last 15 months and know that by working together, we can continue to address the challenges we face,” said Mayor Craig. “These numbers reflect the energy and enthusiasm in Manchester to keep our city moving forward.”
Mayor Craig announced that she will be seeking a second term as mayor on Thursday, April 4, and will host an official campaign kick-off event on Wednesday, April 24 at 6:30 p.m. The event will be held at the SNHU Sandbox Collaborative, 1230 Elm Street, Manchester, NH 03101 and will be free and open to the public.
