MANCHESTER, NH– Today, Senator Jeanne Shaheen endorsed Mayor Joyce Craig’s re-election as Mayor of Manchester. Shaheen completes the support of Manchester’s federal delegation as she continues her run to continue leading New Hampshire’s largest city.
“Manchester families deserve a strong leader like Mayor Joyce Craig who works tirelessly to support our public school students and bolster the Queen City’s economy,” said Senator Shaheen. “Joyce has fostered a collaborative culture at City Hall to make meaningful progress, boosting economic development, bringing 800 new high-paying jobs to Manchester, and strengthening our schools. I know Joyce will continue to deliver real results in her second term.”

This endorsement builds on a long list of endorsements Mayor Craig has received for her re-election including: Senator Hassan, Congressman Pappas, Senate President Donna Soucy, Senator Lou D’Allesandro, Senator Kevin Cavanaugh, 27 Manchester State Representatives, 65 Manchester business leaders, the Manchester Education Association, the American Federation of Teachers-NH and both Manchester police unions.
